Additional privacy rights and disclosures for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

We will deliver our response by mail or electronically, at your option. For data portability requests, we will provide your personal information in a format that is readily useable and allows you to transmit the information without hindrance.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. We will not:

Financial Incentives

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
